PMP Boot Camp Class Policies

  • Full Refund Policy: Students who have not accessed class materials or certificates may receive a full refund up to 7 days prior to the original class start, less the cost of PMI’s student license $99. For refunds less than a week (7 days) of the original class start, there will be a $150 cancellation fee.

  • All students will be given contact information to their dedicated Course Administrator in order to expedite any and all support requests and inquiries.

  • If a class cancellation occurs due to unforeseen extreme circumstances, we will issue an immediate and full refund of class fee paid or enroll you in a future class with existing fees paid.

  • Live Online Classes will be recorded and available for playback for enrolled students in the class.

  • In addition to the included class materials, all students will receive 3 months of unlimited access to the online exam prep system.
